Received a quick check-in process. The room was equipped with a minibar that offered free snacks and drinks, and the bed was spacious.
The hotel had a strict security check which made me feel safe but it was quite time-consuming. The view from the window was disappointing, as the room was facing an alleyway, instead of the garden view like some other rooms. The fitness centre equipment was outdated and didn't work properly.

We loved the spacious and clean rooms with great facilities. The staff service exceeded our expectations, especially the concierge team who went beyond to assist us during our stay. The food was diverse and delicious, and the restaurant on the first floor was exceptional. Additionally, we appreciated the cleanliness and well-maintained sanitary equipment throughout the hotel.

The hotel has a great location close to various attractions in the city. The room was spacious and comfortable with a big bed. We really enjoyed the free minibar and the breakfast had a diverse selection of food.
The towels in the room seemed old and grayish, which was not the best feeling. The power went off several times during our stay, which caused some inconvenience. However, the staff was quick to resolve any issues.

While the hotel had many strengths, the breakfast service seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak times. The language barrier with some staff members was just manageable, but added a small amount of frustration.
